Merck Serono S.A. - Geneva is developing an experimental drug and is currently recruiting SLE patients into a phase II/ III study globally, with 5 research sites across the UK (Manchester Royal Infirmary, University College London Hospitals - London, Whipps Cross University Hospital - London, Royal Hallamshire Hospital - Sheffield, Freeman Hospital - Newcastle).
